When Will Your Order Ship?

We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, due to the high
volume of orders, it is not possible for us to guarantee same-day shipping. Most orders are shipped within 5–7 business days. Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Custom Print Products will take about 7-15 day for delivery due to the product being handmade to order.

Estimated shipping times do NOT include the day the order ships from our warehouse.

We do NOT include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays as shipping days.

Changes to Orders

Please make sure your order is complete and accurate before submitting. We cannot add to or delete items from your order. If you want to make a change, your existing order will have to be cancelled and a new order will have to be placed.

We deliver only to a physical address, so do not provide a P.O. Box as your shipping address.

 Orders shipped free of charge will be sent through a carrier of our choice. Because of high order volume, our in-house processing time may also take longer. Please check promotion details for processing time frames and remember to allow for shipping time after processing time.

Make sure your shipping details are filled in correctly, and click on the Complete Order button. Finally, select the payment method that’s most convenient to you, and check out.
